El condominio Aqua Vista de tres dormitorios es un alquiler de vacaciones frente al mar contemporáneamente amueblado y decorado que maximiza su comodidad. El balcón, la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal le ofrecen una espectacular piscina del complejo y vistas al océano. El balcón en forma de L se completa con una parrilla de barbacoa, un sillón, dos sillas cómodas y una mesa auxiliar.

La sala de estar de planta abierta tiene dos sofás cama de 3 asientos (con colchón tamaño queen), un televisor grande y un sillón con otomana. El comedor tiene una mesa de comedor de 8 asientos para acomodar cómodamente a toda la familia. La cocina abierta, totalmente equipada, cuenta con un bar con 4 taburetes.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, TV, vestidor y baño privado con ducha, bañera de hidromasaje y un baño separado. Un mueble de tocador adicional se encuentra fuera del baño. El dormitorio principal también tiene acceso al balcón para su comodidad. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen-size con muchos armarios empotrados y un baño completo en suite. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble con baño en el pasillo, TV, armarios empotrados.

Una sala de lavandería (con lavadora / secadora) con almacenamiento e instalaciones se encuentra en la parte trasera del pasillo de entrada. ¡Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios le brinda la friolera de 1,900 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable! TV por cable, cuatro televisores de pantalla plana, internet inalámbrico gratuito, están disponibles para su merecido confort extra y relajación. Esta unidad está ubicada en el edificio Arashi en el tercer piso, en la esquina derecha.

Overall this Condo Resort was a great experience. The beach is right across the street with easy gate access to the beach. The updated condo was very nice with all the kitchen amenities/appliances needed for cooking. We utilized the patio grill and it worked great as well. They have plenty of (8 beach/pool) towels. There are also beach chairs and some sand toys in the unit. There is a washer and dryer. We had issues with the dryer completely drying our clothes/towels by the 2nd to last day of being there but they offered to take those items to another unit and dry them, which was nice. Our biggest complaint was there not being enough large body towels and wash clothes for showering for our party of 8, it required us to wash towels more often. I do also recommend to bring your own trash bags, as the ones provided break very easily. We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful First Visit to Aruba

We loved the condo. It was bright and clean. Plenty of space for 5 adults. We were supposed to be 6, 3 couples. But some issues changed our group last minute and we ended up 2 couples and one single. We put the single in the 3rd bedroom because it was very small. The bath in the hall for this bedroom also very small. But still very nice. Just not sure an adult couple would be content in that space. Condo had everything we needed…kitchen had plenty to help prepare a few meals. Well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. Used the beach chairs and beach towels…loved having those. Eagle beach is quick and easy walk across the street and is beautiful. Property felt secure with the gated access to beach. My only negative is the pools. The two smaller were closed for most of our stay. Not a big deal as it was rather slow and not many people. So the pools are open til 10pm. We wanted to swim in the evening, and it’s dark rather early. We saw no lights in the main pool…none. And the area itself isn’t very well lit. So no evening swims. We did ask someone on property about the lights because the pool has them…they just weren’t on. They said there was a “construction” issue and they hadn’t worked since. And suggested the other pool on other side. So we checked it out and it had partial lights on the deeper end. Nothing working in shallow end. Also the main pool has a broken ladder with only the top rung in place. So some maintenance issues there.would stay again if the pool issues were fixed

Eagle Beach at your door

Condo directly across from eagle beach. Very nice. They will have much more competition coming with lots of building go on. We enjoyed the ease of walking to beautiful Eagle Beach and how convenient. The unit was well stocked and clean however lots could be more updated. There is no front desk and concierge had to come to you if you needed by calling them on your phone. I’d rather a front desk bellhop and someone in person. Gym is very small and needs more equipment but most don’t want to workout on vacation? Not sure but I do. Aychelle was our concierge and she was adorable and helpful with everything. Had a problem with our parking spot and Aychelle fixed it immediately. No one tends to the pools and this was the strangest of all. 3 beautiful pools but not an everyday maintenance ??? Leaves and twigs fell in because of the wind and it didn’t look clean. Lots of iguana poop around the grounds ??? That part needs some change but overall a nice time in Aruba and Aychelle you were amazing

Excellent Condo

Everything was exceptional in this condo. It was spacious, clean, and had very comfortable furniture. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to make family dinners. there were plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and even a cooler for the beach and the view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Accommodations and location

Rented this condo for our week long family trip to Aruba. The condo has recently been renovated and is beautiful. Nice balcony with comfy chairs. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bath worked perfectly for our group. Loved that it was close to the beautiful beach. This area of the beach was much less crowded than other areas. The pools were nice as well. The bedrooms all had really nice linens and even large beach towels were provided. Prestige was great to work with and our guest services coordinator was always available if we needed anything. We will be back and most certainly stay there again.

This is a MUST STAY!!

Direct access to Eagle beach, ocean front view, all the amenities of a hotel… my family and I are already picking out dates for a future stay. This condo was a GEM!! (Having a washer/dryer was a total win! No traveling with wet gear!)

Beautiful Condo in Wonderful Location!

This is a beautiful condo with plenty of room for large families/groups. Oceania is a very quiet condominium resort. There were always plenty of chairs at the pool. It is conveniently located across the street from Eagle Beach and easy to return to the unit during the day. The unit itself has amazing sunset and ocean views. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs and even a cooler to use at the beach. Check in and out was completed quickly with Prestige Vacations. Communication was easy and the concierge on site was very responsive to our needs.

Amazing rental in Eagle beach

Condo with a view

This is a great location and property with a wonderful property management team. The location is directly across the street from the beautiful Eagle beach with a beautiful view from the deck. There were two barking dogs below that were quite annoying at times, disquieting the calm ambience of the property. e had a terrible experience with a grill that should not have been for guest usage due to being unsafe. The grill became engulfed in flames and luckily put it out with a towel. There was no fire extinguisher on site. A new grill was brought in time for our dinner two days later, but we were not compensated in any way for this experience. As we have a rental property, we certainly would have offered some type of compensation for the unsafe experience, lack of fire extinguisher and the lack of usage of the grill for two nights. Prestige responded to our every request within moments, but we feel the owners should have responded more favorably, as the unsafe situation was their responsibility as owners.

Spacious condo in good location

The condo was great - very spacious and great view of the ocean and sunsets. We enjoyed staying at Eagle Beach. I think eagle beach was better for our family than the more busy Palm beach. The resort and pools are quiet and there are no restaurants or shops which is good and bad. There are some restaurants that are walkable (Island Grill is good for families) and the supermarket is about 15 mins walk away. However you can get a taxi in 5 mins to Palm Beach for $9. We didn’t have a rental car and didn’t miss it. I recommend packing essentials including sunscreen since it is expensive everywhere.
