Great place for the price

Loved the location right on the beach. Secure parking lot but not so secure doors. Had to remind kids to pull/push the door until they heard a “click” otherwise anyone could just push on the door and walk in. Guess I needed the added security of locking from the inside with a dead bolt or something. Like the other reviews, it is a little dated but it served its purpose and again, CANNOT BEAT THE PRICE!!

The pictures on the internet need to be updated about the room. It was not horrible but it could have used some cleaning and updates. The shower in the main bathroom did not work the patio door wouldn't lock and the couch was pretty dirty and smelled a little. We had to walk a long ways to get to our room do to the elevator being out. Luckily we were all in good enough shape to do that. They did send a email about the elevator the day after we got there.

FURNITURE NEEDS UPDATED

We loved the location but other than that the condo wasn’t up to par. Pictures do not match the current conditions. Couch had stains all over it. The fridge was not clean. The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable, sheets only covered the mattress topper not the entire mattress, and the bedding consisted of only two sheets. No comforter or heavier blanket. The sliding door to the patio was also broken; didn’t slide easily and the handle was about to fall off. No working remote for the tv in the living room. There were three remotes but non of them were for the actual tv.

To whom it may concern: Rather than writing out a long bad review with pictures on the internet I thought I’d reach out to you and request half of the payment we made for the following reasons: The place was filthy. While I understand you have a cleaning crew, there was so much more than just that. The pictures portrayed this place to be something it is not. I’ll include them in this email as well. There were multiple food particles on the walls and doors, there was an inch of dust on pictures throughout the condo, not to mention the ceiling fans. The air filter for the AC has not been changed in a LONG time. Your hot water heater in that closet also has a leak. The filter caused my sons asthma to act up and we had to get medicine for him as well. There were NO BLANKETS we had to go purchase those. The elevator didn’t work half the time, the gates to the pools were broken, and the pools also filthy. I realize those are common areas that you can’t necessarily control 100% rather than the list above about the condo but I’m sure you pay a portion to that to have it maintained so just a heads up. We tried to find another place to stay but sadly could not so that’s why we are only asking for half the money back rather than a full refund. We even went so far as to ask a hotel down the road of our kids could just swim in their pool for a day because it was so bad and they let us. I’ll attach the pictures for you to see. Thank you in advance for the refund. No we would not like

Exactly as pictured. Loved the location where you are steps away from the beach and the ocean. We had a most wonderful time at Sugar Beach Condos!

Looks can be Deceiving

Photos really enhance spaces! We had no idea the smallish bedroom was upstairs. That television needs a new backlight per insignia contact. Kitchen and bathrooms were adequate. Living room is not spacious. It was on the beach, the parking space was $30 not $25, and construction for another condominium complex next door is underway— can’t enjoy the ocean sounds due to construction. It is a good place to sleep at the end of the day.

Just what we were looking for!

This condo was just what we were looking for our girls trip. Our must haves were for the condo to be clean, not too expensive and have beach access. This condo was perfect for that. It is a small unit but perfect for us because we don’t spend much time inside. The kitchen space was great and we had everything we needed for our weekend trip. I did send a message with a question that I had and no one ever responded and that was a little disappointing but I figured it out on my own. Overall great unit for the price. Pictures are accurate to what the condo is like and we would all stay here again.

Good location

Very nice condo. Perfect for two people. Good location. We bought beach chairs and left them there for next guests. We flew so we couldn’t bring any and there weren’t any at the condo to use. Hopefully they stay there for people like us

We enjoyed our weekend trip to orange beach! The property was exactly as shown and the check in process was incredibly easy! Would definitely stay here again !
