Not happy that I had no fridge all week I was loaned a mini fridge and was told a new fridge was being delivered and it never was wasn’t able to put much of anything in the small fridge and never saw the new one I hope this condo doesn’t get rented again without the new fridge this should have been fixed properly instead of a bandaid was not happy

Location was GREAT but the floor was not clean at ALL. There was sand under the bed in the master bedroom and my 18 month grand baby’s feet were black only five minutes on the floor. The refrigerator was not working properly either, it was set on colder but was not cold at all.

Overall the location of this condo is great. Pool was clean. Condo was very clean. Grounds were clean. And that it is pet friendly was so exciting as we’ve never travelled with our chihuahua. But the condo could use some SERIOUS updating. The dryer didn’t work very well. There was rust on the outdoor furniture (it really wasn’t in good shape and not the same as the photos) also rust in main bath shower. And even though there are charcoal grills, there were no grilling tools in the condo- long handled tongs, spatula, etc. There were also no crab crackers, or corn cob holders (nice to haves)

Sand in my Boots Festival

Location was perfect. The building was clean. The other residents very friendly. The unit met my expectations and beyond. The balcony got a lot of use. Morning coffee overlook the water was a great way to start the day.

Beautiful Orange Beach

The view of the beach & water was outstanding! The condo we stayed was nice and well-equipped. The condo might need a little refreshing with furniture at some point. In the meantime it does the trick. Orange Beach is a nice area with lots of good restaurants and also close to the Wharf Amphitheater. We will vacation there again in the future.

Nice Beachfront Condo

We enjoyed our two week stay at Silver Beach. The unit was clean and the building was very well kept. We arrived two days after the snow storm and the maintenance staff did a great job in getting the snow removed. Check-in was a breeze, with great communication. We liked having easy access to the beach along with the view from our balcony. There are several restaurants and stores nearby, many which are in walking distance, that we found convenient. Overall, it was a great experience.

Orange Beach - Silver Beach 805

Overall the condo was furnished adequately and offered a wonderful view of Orange Beach. The beach was a short walk from the elevator with beautiful white gulf coast sand. 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, although the 2nd bedroom was somewhat small. All units were getting a cable TV upgrade when we left but the so can't comment on that but the main TV is atrocious as there were no instructions and you had to reprogram the remote each time by holding down the Toshiba key for 10 seconds for the remote to work. That took a while to figure out. The bedroom TVs were fine. Overall, very nice as we spent 12 days there and were very happy. All condo's are small dog friendly!
