Spacious and quiet

This house is in a nice location, close to everything we needed to get to; downtown, Creighton and the zoo. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, she even had coffee pods delivered to the house for us. We all decided we would stay at this house again. We all had our own space and there was plenty of room for us to be together. She was very accommodating to our needs and arrangements.

Pro: nice house good communication with manager. Comfortable stay. Cons: Didnt realize someone was staying on property plus too many rules. No running or loud noises. I have kids. Hard to control at times. Location-2 blocks down looked somewhat sketchy. Manager did not complain though.

Great Location to Zoo - You do not have the entire home to yourself though

The home was extremely spacious and clean. Beautiful charm of a home built in 1905 vs modern conveniences. As a call out however, it was not made clear in the posting that property managers were staying in the basement. It was unsettling as we could hear them downstairs and since we have kids we were worried about them being too loud. It should have been made known that you do NOT have the entire home to yourself. I also had to reach out well past the check in time to ask for how to enter the home, which I feel should have been provided at 3pm. The owner did respond quickly. I would suggest sharing more details of the owners manual on the posting so people are aware. Very convenient location and the home was very well stocked

Weekend Getaway

I couldn't recommend this place highly enough! It is spacious, clean, and very close to a lot of cool things to do in Omaha. Right from the offset, Oralia (the host) was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions we had. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely stay here again, if i come back to Omaha!

Relaxing family reunion

My siblings and I chose Omaha for our family gathering this year as it was equidistant for all of us. The house had more than adequate room and Oralia did everything she could to make sure every space, including the third floor, stayed as cool and comfortable as possible during some of the hottest days of the year. The only thing I took issue with was some house rules that aren't in the listing, no running and no yelling. As we had a 3 and 4 year old in our group who do get over tired and cranky, this kept us all a little on edge during our stay. Had I known these were part of the house rules I would probably have passed on this property with kids so young. Overall, it was a great location, beds and furniture were comfortable, and if we go to Omaha again in a few years, we'll look to stay here.

Omaha zoo

The house was perfect for our group of 2 couples and 4 children. The host was very communicative and helped with check in and when we left a shirt by accident at the end of our stay. It is close to a great Mexican restaurant and the zoo. We would definetly stay there again when coming through.

Really Comfortable and Classy

Family members endured travel delays to come to Omaha from around the country for a wedding. Oralia's place made for a great landing spot. The place was immaculate. Well stocked with beds, bedding and kitchenware. Lots of room for 8 people. No problem parking. Quiet. Definitely recommend.

Had a great time!

Super clean and big home. We had a great time. The only real negative was that it wasn’t made clear in the post that the owner(s) were staying in the basement. It was never an issue but we have 5 kids so we were worrying/stressing about being too loud which was a bummer. Other than that, the house was fantastic! Very convenient and thoughtful things all throughout the home. We would consider staying here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!! 😊

Fantastic house, however sleeping arrangments were confusing

This wonderful house was a fantastic experience. The house was immaculate on arrival, and the host quickly responded with any questions. The small water bottles in the refrigerator were a very nice touch. The location of the rental was another standout feature. The location is an excellent spot that provides easy access to the Old Market, and the freeway is just a few short blocks away. However, the sleeping arrangements are a little misleading and not as described in the listing—for example, Bedroom 3 lists as having a Queen and a Double. However, bedroom 2 had a double (which was accurate), and Bedroom 3 only had one queen. In conclusion, I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The host's accommodating nature and the rental's prime location make it an excellent choice for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.
