The spacious two-bedroom condominium includes an open living zone with a living room, dining table and full kitchen. The bright spacious living room is a wonderful, relaxing place to gather. A sofa (sleeper sofa), two comfy chairs and a large coffee table create a perfect zone for all to gather in front of the beautifully updated stone and granite gas fireplace. The open space also assures that those who might be in the kitchen or at the dining table can pitch in to the stories of the day too. The adjacent dining table easily accommodates six people with Windsor dining chairs. The television is mounted on the wall in case it is needed.

The kitchen is adjacent to the living/dining area and is fully equipped with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove top, oven and plenty of counter space.

The spacious main bedroom has a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom. It also has a dresser and roll top desk. Bedroom two has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own television.
The condominium comes equipped with a washer/dryer.

It is a very short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Lodge HOA hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), the health club, steam room, sauna and the seasonal swimming pool.
You are truly on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes while at the Palisades Tahoe Lodge property. Steps from the chairs, KT22 and base-to-base gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic (cross-country) skiing are of interest, they are all nearby. Summer grants easy access to the hiking trails – Shirley Canyon is truly around the corner. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
