Spring Break Ski Trip

Great house. Large. Beautiful. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of space. Great views of the mountain. Perfect location for easy ski access. It was perfect. Had a great time.

Just wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home, just minutes from Palisades skiing. Home was lovely with great views, a phenomenal kitchen and cozy rooms for all. We hope to be back!

Great Family Ski Vacation

We had a lovely time at this gorgeous home celebrating a milestone birthday with a family ski trip. The home was just as described and fit our family very comfortably. Easy access to the mountain (5 minutes) and plenty of spaces to enjoy a fire and connect. Jessica and Matt were easy to work with and very responsive to any questions/concerns. Will definitely look to come back in the future!

Beautiful Home With All The Amenities

This is truly a home and not a rental house. It is fully furnished with excellent and bespoke decor throughout and has all the amenities: chef ready kitchen, pool table, bar area, wood burning fireplace, 6-person hot tub, 7 bedrooms individually decorated with en suite baths, etc. Our group has rented homes in all the best ski resort areas for 20 years and this home is definitely in the Top 3. Cannot say a single thing negative, and to top it off we were contacted directly by both the owner (Matt) and property manager (Jess) for help with ancillary requests -- both were great to work with. Since it was a quiet time, we drove to the base of the mountain and parked for free (5 minutes), but we also used the Mountaineer van service (also free but gratuity encouraged) for trips to dinner in the evening. The restaurant scene in the village is weak, so if we did come back we'd hire a private chef -- this house hands down beats any of the dining venues in town for ambiance! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Lovely, large home

This home lovely, and is great especially for groups who all need privacy- it has many well appointed bedrooms and attached bathrooms. It has great communal space and a beautiful kitchen. Very close to Palisades for skiing, and hiking in the offseason.

Beautiful home!

We loved our stay - it was the perfect spot for our summer family vacation. The view is stunning and all rooms are very spacious with multiple bedrooms with King beds. Great outdoor space as well. Short 5 min drive to Palisades village. Daniely was also an awesome host - very transparent, informative, and responsive!!

Great House

We had a great family trip for the 4th of July! The house was fully equipped and stocked with everything we needed during our stay! There was plenty of space so that our group was able to spread out and enjoy some R&R. The views were spectacular! We hope to be back soon!

Great house, great location!

House was beautiful, clean, well provisioned and extremely well located. You can drop right out of the local roads and into Palisades parking lot missing any traffic coming in and out of the valley. If we stayed in Palisades again we'd stay here!

Mountain Oasis!

We loved staying at this house. With lovely views, plenty of amenities, and large gathering spaces it was the perfect spot for our Palisades ski vacation. Communication was great and everything was even better than the photos. Super convenient to the mountain and we used the Mountaineer service constantly. Would highly recommend!!

Dream House

I have stayed at several VRBO’s and there are always more minuses than pluses. BUT THIS HOUSE! Simply perfect. Pictures were accurate, in fact the house was even more beautiful than the pictures could show & everything in it worked. The booking agent was beyond professional and helpful and available throughout my entire stay. To sum it up. House Amazing, agent spectacular, my family’s vacation successful.

Awesome place, great views, easy access to the village

All the amenities were awesome. From the stars in the sky while in the hot tub to paying billiards with friends after a nicer day of skiing, we had a blast. Great place for families with kids too. Awesome kitchen too!

Best vacation!!!!

Our family of 7 (plus our niece) rented this property for 5 nights. This was our first time to Tahoe and were immediately taken away with how beautiful the area is. We never thought we’d find something nearly as gorgeous as Banff, but we did! The house was gorgeous and had the most beautiful views! We could’ve stayed at the house all day enjoying the views and comfort of the home. I’d take the mountain view over the lake view any day! It was truly breathtaking. Every part of this house was so comfortable and spacious. You have incredible views from every room (including bathroom) in this house! It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable and the huge sectional in the living room was fantastic to gather around as a family. My kids enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings when the weather cooled down. There is so much to do nearby such as swimming in the beautiful lake, biking alongside the Truckee River, tubing the river, zip lining, and the list goes on. We really didn’t want to leave but are already dreaming of the next time we go and book this house! Amazing, amazing, amazing!!! Thanks for letting us enjoy your gorgeous home!!!

Wow! Amazing Home

The pictures really didn’t do this property justice. Even better in person. The house is jam packed with amazing amenities . . . So many that we couldn’t use them all. The beds were a dream to sleep in and the kids loved the bunk room. The property manager and I were were very responsive to our questions and fantastic hosts! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for families!

Amazing House

First, the view of KT-22 is unbeatable! Could not get enough of it. Every room is nice and all the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen was large and very well-stocked. We had everything we needed for our large group of friends and family. I couldn't really think of anything that we wanted that wasn't already available at the house. The house was spotless when we arrived and the property manager was very responsive to our questions. I would highly recommend this house when visiting Tahoe. We stayed here in the summer but I hope we can make it again here during the winter!

As magnificent as advertised!!

This house lived up to all expectations. Gorgeous views, impeccable accommodations, AMAZING Kitchen for cooking big family meals, comfortable for large groups with TONS of beds and plenty of room to spread out. The pool table and hot tub are the icing on the cake. I honestly can not think of anything I’d change and have already recommended to friends looking for a family gathering place in Tahoe.
