Yes and didn’t need laundry. They didn’t have the room that I called and specifically reserved, no smoking . The pillows and bed feel like they have never been replaced. There was food on the walls very dirty sink and shower. I had to go buy $30 in cleaning products and $20 in pillows. We couldn’t sleep because the neighbor was so loud ALL NIGHT! I didn’t even stay my second night we had to go find a hotel we felt safe to sleep in. I regrettably had to take a smoking room and I’m still washing the smell out of hair and clothes.

We didn't get to stay because they flagged us stating that we were harassing guest services because I told them the last time we stayed there that the refrigerator microwave were dirty and they needed to let their maids know that they need to make sure they check them.

Unit 214: 1) They don't clean while we are here. We have to check out before they will do anything to the room. So if you are staying for an extended stay, there is no service to the room until you check out. You can get towels, sheets and a broom, but no service is available until you check out. 2) The heater rattles really loudly at night. I have already mentioned this to them, but nobody has looked into it, yet. And on some of the A/C units the exterior grill is missing exposing the inner parts to the environment. Like the one room I was sent to. 3) Main door looks as though it was forced open at least once. The door latch is loose ready to fall off at anytime. And there is a gap between door and frame allowing light and cold air to come in. 4) Thermostat facing is not all the way secure, like it hangs out. It doesn't close to a seamless fit. Upon further examination it almost looks like the facing is wrong for the thermostat. 5) The tv doesn't connect to the motels WIFI, but this maybe done deliberately. 6) I tried to move to another room just to find that it was missing a fridge and microwave. I was told these are the only two rooms available at the time. So I went back to this room that had these items even though the heater rattles really loudly at night. So yeah, I am not to pleased with the arrangements. For money that I am paying I can't really complain, but these items really need to be addressed. Thanks.

Place felt patched up and not 100% clean - random parked cars with people sleeping in them - whole section of rooms burned - can only guess how that started - just not what I expected in nice Tumwater, WA. Felt like some of the reviews online were at another location. The photos look great the room not so! Won’t stay there again. Felt gross.

First off, the front desk guy was very helpful and accommodating (he is the only aspect of that motel that deserves any stars at all). Also, we survived the stay, which is a plus. That's where the pros end. The initial room stunk so badly of dog urine that we could not be in it (and we are very tolerant of smells). We were able to swap rooms, but the second room was so filthy that we were afraid to touch the bathroom door as it looked like it had feces all over the frame (at this point we had hoped it was dog and not human) and the floor had sticky goo all over it. The mattress was so badly caved in that we woke up in pain all over. Part of the building had burned down and is boarded up. This stay was an adventure; but not one I care to repeat. We would have not stayed here at all, if not for the fact that by the time we got here we were too exhausted to drive anywhere else.
