This was our second year of renting this beachfront house. Everyone from the young adults to my elderly parents enjoyed the easy access to the beach and all the amenities in the house. Definitely looking forward to coming back next summer!

Wonderful stay on the beach

Excellent location, right on the beach, very comfortable home and nice area to walk. We greatly enjoyed our relaxing stay. Great fit for my daughter and my parents. Also, property manager was very responsive to any questions. It was a wonderful family vacation. Highly recommend.

Shore getaway

We booked late in summer and spent 2 nights on beach road when we should have stayed longer. Fantastic location, great neighborhood, clean and comfortable beach house, my wife and I very much enjoyed the house and the shore. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful view and location.

Our stay was wonderful. The view and location was beautiful. The house is beyond stocked and clean. The owners were extremely nice and helpful in all our needs. The only thing I would suggest is grab bars in both showers. We would most surely rent this house and from this owner again. Thank you!

Girls weekend

The house was just what we needed for a small friends reunion on the beach. The host was easy and quick to communicate with. At first glance the house looked small but there was plenty of room for all of us to visit and sleep comfortably. The kitchen supplies was a bit disorganized and limited space to hang clothing but overall they had everything we needed. The best part was the location right on the beach and a quiet neighborhood!

wonderful ocean home

It was so incredible for us to be less than a stone's throw from the water! Even in December.... you can't beat walking on the beach. The home was great for our family of 5 adults with plenty of space to sleep, chat, and eat.

Getaway on the Beach!

We loved our time at Saybrook Manor, enjoying the deck in the sun (even in November since the wind was from the North and the house faces the South), searching for seashells on the beach, and watching movies and eating popcorn during the evening. The kids enjoyed walking the beach and playing in the sand. Enjoyed our time and would definitely come back!

Beach house

The location of your property was excellent I wish we could have spent more time at the House but we were down there for a wedding at old saybrook inn but I would definitely recommend your property thank you so much for sharing your home with us and being so accommodating with the late check out
