Great Pines is my go to place when I need to go to the Adirondack and I always make it a long weekend at the Great pines. The beautiful views and the wonderful lodge make it a great place to relax and reset even if the weather doesn't cooperate.

We visited on a chilly weekend in May and Great Pines provided a cozy space to relax. Our Lake View Room had a perfect view of Fourth Lake and the bed was very comfortable. The common area with a large fireplace was inviting and we spent time on the comfy couches reading and visiting with other guests. Breakfast was average. We didn't meet any staff. Definitely recommend
