- Parking: Park your car back by the unit. There are two designated parking spots on the driveway.

- Climate Control: The unit has a window AC. Please do not set the temperature below 69 degrees in the summer or above 75 degrees in the winter, as - the pipes may freeze and stop working. It also has a gas furnace for heating.
