I was told I would receive check-in instructions the day before. I did not. I was told I would get complete entry instructions at 2:00 PM on check-in day. I did not. I had to call at 4:00 and request them. Of the 8 beds in the place ONLY 3 HAD A TOP SHEET. There were no doors for privacy in 1 “bedroom.” Two rooms weren’t real bedrooms. Ants on the patio made in impossible to enjoy it. There were only two sofas for comfort and very cheaply constructed and not that comfortable. The dishwasher and ice maker didn’t work in the kitchen. Literally 1/3 of the light bulbs were burnt out or emitted an electric hum so loud that they had to be turned off. The bedroom lamps had broken switches so they didn’t work. There were cheap throw rugs sprinkled throughout the house turned up on the edges causing a tripping hazard. Several of the blinds were broken and in disrepair. There is no way this house deserved the high ratings as shown on VRBO. The pool pump was leaking as was the faucet on the back of the house. The place was dark, drab and very tired. I took a picture of the mid-matched lamp shades in the living room. The response I received from the property manager was apologetic and flowery; made me suspect AI and they assured me all matters would be addressed. Experiencing the state of the house, there is no way I believe that to be true.

Basketball Tournament

My son had a basketball tournament in OKC & this home was perfect for our stay. The home was beautiful and very well kept. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Spring Break

We took all 5 of our kids to Frontier City and had a great time. Its a sprawling layout and would be great for a couple of families , our kids all ended up in 2 rooms close to.mom and dad. Theres plenty of privacy and bathrooms. The neighborhood was close to.the highway and quiet. Simple phone call for check in and check out. We would definitely choose this place again.

Clean and comfortable

Beautiful new house. Had a big work project in the area. It was great to be able to come back here and clean up and refresh after a long day. Everything was perfect. From snacks to nightstands with outlets. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Rapid responses to any requests.

Nice house for big group

House was nice and had plenty of room for all my family of 7. Neighbors were loud on left of property and water did run out really fast. Some of us did have to take a cold showers. There was a strong odor in kitchen we never could figure out what it was. Beds we’re comfortable and rooms spaced out. Would have enjoyed the jacuzzi tub if the water was warm. Overall it was a good stay for the price

Convenient location and clean home

We were in the area for an extended family event. The home was clean and conveniently located for our group, which included adults and children. There was a mechanical issue but the property manager was easy to communicate with. I recommend this home if you’re in the area.

Great Get Away

I traveled with a large group of family members for a long weekend in OK; this house was perfect for us. Upon arriving we were surprised that it was more spacious than described and the owner had left some yummy treats (after 12 hours on the road this was much appreciated) We utilized the pool and watched movies and cooked together. We will be looking to rent again the next time we are in the area.

Annual Family vacation

The house was very comfortable and response time from the Host was excellent!! If we ever come back down to Oklahoma I know where I'll choose to book first! We loved the pool! Beds were comfortable and everything was well stocked and very clean! Plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking.

Horrible!! I'm 62 years old and I don't like to be threatened by the Host Toshi Stay of calling the Police if my party is not out at certain time, especially after checking in a hour late, because of the Property not being ready at my check-in time..... If you want a five star rating then work for IT!!!

The house was amazing. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own private area pictures just don’t do this house justice was way more than what we expected but enjoyed every minute of it and the pool was just the icing on the cake if I come back to Oklahoma City again will definitely try to rebook the same location.

The house was perfect for our needs

The house was beautiful…there were only a few minor critiques…there needed to be a clock somewhere perhaps above the coffee bar…we were constantly wondering what time it was…also the TV in the living room was too high above the fireplace watching TV was a little difficult…other than that I feel in love with the house
