This circa 1970’s condo is upstairs nestled in a tree lined view secluded in back. It has assigned parking (#14) and is just steps away from the dog run area where your pets or kids can get some exercise after a long ride in the car.
Decorated with Vintage southwest charm, it’s roomy and welcoming. The large living area features the “Movie Matinee” theme with a fully functional VHS and DVD player to enjoy a wide selection of classic films. You are welcome to request specific movies or genre’s of films for your enjoyment.
The condo has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room with your choice of coffees, teas and even a light breakfast 🥞 is provided.
There are two bedrooms with large closets and queen size beds fully dressed with bedding and comfy pillows. There is also a full office work space. This room can double as a kids play area for games or to build a fort.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and an ironing board.
