Nice hotel for the price! Rooms were very clean and staff was sweet. We had no problems with the hotel at all. The surrounding areas were a little sketchy but that’s not the hotels fault.

Pros: The room was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Pool was clean, parking lot was mostly clean but could use attention (construction nearby). Cons: very dated, staff were non-existent. NO ELEVATOR which should be something they mention to anyone before assigning a 2nd floor room. Waited 15 minutes to check in, waited again to try and get change for laundry (front desk had no change so the laundry didn't get done), waited another 10 for a pool towel when I eventually gave up. Overall 6/10.

Room smelled like smoke, bed sheets were stained, holes burnt in some places, curtains were ripped. Shower curtain falling apart. Overall very rough stay and the service was super rude

The staff are all terrible except for security. I'm pretty sure this place just lets people check in pay their deposit then make them leave for no reason at all. The place is dirty and has the homeless camping out all over the property. I would never in my life stay there or recommend anyone else to. Spend your money elsewhere.

One example we were out by the pool, which opens up to the back of another building dumpster area, where there were homeless people doing drugs, and such there was no fencing I mean, they can just walk up at any time in the manager. Anytime you talk to him was not very nice or helpful. The one thing they did that was a nice for us is when we checked in we had a second story room and our dog was not used to stairs so the very first day I called and said can you please move us to a first floor room, which they did the next day
