Pulled the sheet down to climb into bed and found two dirty socks between sheets at the foot of the bed. Obviously housekeeping just pulled them up and made the bed instead of changing sheets. We got dressed, packed our bag and went to the front desk. The night manager was wonderful and quickly got us another room on a different floor which seemed much cleaner. We've stayed here before and just want to know that bedding is washed between guests.

Does it really take much extra time to remove the dust and grime from the fan?
Filth in the chair.
Stained chair, how does house keeping not see this?
I got water on the floor during my shower, I wiped it up with this towel, that is how dirty the floor was, I had literally just checked in, this was not dirt tho I brought in, it was already that filthy.

The staff were wonderful in the places very clean. The pool was shut down temporarily Saturday night. As far as the comfort goes, the beds are horribly uncomfortable. It wasn't just me after two back surgeries It was also my 13-year-old our backs were killing us after sleeping on those beds they were not soft at all and we both had sleeping trouble both nights just because the beds were so uncomfortable. Otherwise the staff and everything else was great they deserve a five star comfort-wise it's a two star
