Ample space and things to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was easy breezy and kept us busy while there. From shooting hoops to playing pool or swimming. Would recommend 100%. The only note is that all the trash bins were full and with 16 people had nowhere to take out the trash. Other than that we appreciated being able to stay here while in Okc.

Great 60s vibe. Not as modern as pics show. House not cleaned prior to our arrival. Debris /dust on pool table and fire place, large picture window in dining and around dirty. Some electrical outlets didn’t work. Small stove

Lovely home

The home is in a great neighborhood and has an abundance of space. I appreciated the host communicating and responding in a timely manner after reporting issues. We had continued issues with kitchen sink not draining which made it hard for our chef to have meals prepared on time. Additionally, I did not like that the home only provided one trash can, in the kitchen, for the entire house to use. The master bathroom had used wash rags in the shower and the garage was filled with old trash upon arriving. We could not use dumpsters provided because they were all full as if someone forgot to put them out on trash day. Overall, our family was able to be in one place and spend quality time with one another and I wouldn’t have changed that for the world. Thank you Brownsville Mansion for being the home I became a Mrs at!

Dated Property

The host was very kind to let our groups check out late on our last day. We used the property to hold a leadership off site meeting, as well as host a family dinner. The location is awesome, and the layout of the house is very cool. I would not stay here again though. It seemed like the cleaning service missed quite a bit of things which is a mistake, but this house needs a total renovation. The ceiling is droopy in spots, the white couch is black with use, the beds droop in the middle. It has incredible potential, but needs TLC.

This is a very nice home have so much room neighbors was very nice let us park in front of our house, I had a whole DJ & not one problem love how the owner was on point with everything,, I would bring extra towels & covers if u gone have a family function, but very nice place

My sisters and daughters stayed the weekend. House was clean but the outside yard needs major updates. We did enjoy our stay but technology, paint interior needs updates for the price of the rental.

Really appreciated the availability

This property is great for families who need a lot of space at a price they can afford. Lots for the kids to enjoy, and room for the adults to gather. The property does show its age a bit, but the price is commensurate. We had a great time together!

Perfect home for assembling a large group who plan to spend most of the stay together. The large living space attached to the indoor pool makes for great entertainment.

Stay Away!!

We were informed an hour before check-in that there was a minor issue with a gas line being worked on at the back of the house, but the host assured us everything was working inside. We get there to find the whole backyard has a trench dug across it and gas line exposed and caution tape everywhere. It looked like a crime scene! There was no hot water during our entire stay. I kindly asked for a discounted price due to the conditions of the property and the fact that we stayed the weekend. The owner denied the request, but said they would discount a future stay. Are you kidding me?!? I would never rent this property or from this owner ever again. They left us no option, but to stay with a 1 hour notice before check in and on top of that lying about the condition of the property just to make a dollar. If you are looking for a place to stay in Oklahoma City, be sure to look somewhere else and stay away from this house!

Family fun

Great time with a larger group. Kids loved swimming and playing outside. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen could use a bigger oven and AC to upstairs media room needs attention. We would come again with a group of multiple kids if needed.

Great Vacation Home

We had a great week with our huge family! The house was big and slept all of us comfortably! Little outdated and the light switches throughout are not normal and some didn’t work, but made do with what did work! Needs more towels and bedding for the pull out sleepers, but washed/dried towels daily and kept them handy. The kids enjoyed the tennis court and the swimming pool! The pool was very cold, should had had it heated but was too expensive to pay for every night! Was told the temp was in the 80’s without the heater but was way colder than that, I didn’t swim at all. Great location if the house, close to pretty much everything in OKC! Would definitely stay at the house again!

Wonderful Stay

Property looks exactly like photos. Host was responsive to messages and the check in and out process was seamless. It worked great for a family weekend vacation. We also had requested a small birthday gathering that the host graciously allowed. Overall, a great place to stay. Will likely stay again if we’re back in the area.

Perfect!!

Pool was a hit!! While we were cooking the kids were in the pool. They would get out of the pool and then play basketball and ping pong. Perfect for big family gathering!!!
