Awesome!!

Beautiful little condo, oceanfront, super clean, equipped w/everything for a wonderful stay, not to mention ocean views that are postcard perfect. Stayed w/my husband & our little dog Josie, who absolutely LOVES dog-watching from the balcony. What’s not to love, only wish we could have stayed longer. Highest recommendation, you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice condo. Had everything we needed for our stay. Check in & out process couldn’t be easier. Beds were comfortable and the appliances were exceptional. Our Chihuahua enjoyed her stay as well. Our on complaint was the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on while watching tv. We will be back!

Highly Recommend this Beautiful Relaxing Home

The location is amazing right on the boardwalk with gorgeous sunrise views. The rental is very comfortable and beautiful. You do have to rent your own linens but the process was very easy. Also, be sure to pack your toiletries. They do provide everything else you would need. Appliances are newer and nice. We would definitely stay here again. Chris was very easy to get ahold of. He was quick to respond when we had any questions or needed anything.

A Very “Happy Place”

This is such a beautiful beachfront condo! We love everything about this terrific place! You will find all that you need here for the perfect getaway any time of year. The condo was recently renovated to offer a gorgeous nautical beach aesthetic that is super relaxing & comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking/serving equipment & has new appliances. The location is unbeatable: direct access to the beach & boardwalk at 12th St., minutes away from restaurants, attractions & shopping in West OC (rte 50), & close to Fenwick Island and Bethany Beach. Hearing the waves crashing while sitting out on the balcony or in the living room with the new big TV above the fireplace (not seen in the photos) is blissful. We love this condo so much that we came back 2 months later! To top off the perfect experience, you’ll find that the owners are absolutely wonderful!

Beautiful OC Condo!

Oceanfront Gem!

This fabulous oceanfront condo has absolutely everything it takes for the perfect getaway! If you’re looking for an amazing oceanfront view, private balcony, front door access to the boardwalk and beach, a location central to the areas most popular restaurants, shops and attractions, assigned parking, and a newly renovated condo that you won’t want to leave - this is it! The attention to detail in the decor and finishes results in such a beautiful, comfortable and oceanic atmosphere! We love everything about it: the fireplace, decor, comfy beds, kitchen with all you need to cook and serve a meal, and a roomy couch that converts to a large bed and/or 3-4 lounging spots all in a bright and super clean condo! And, the owners are absolutely wonderful! If your dates are available, don’t hesitate! You do not want to miss out on this rare gem!

Awesome! Our second year to stay at this beautiful extremely clean condo. We are able to bring along our senior adopted small boy, Bear. We all enjoy going out for yummy Dough Roller pizza, a delicious Holiday Inn & Suites dinner, OC Diner for scrumptious breakfast & always Thrashers french fries. Bear enjoyed the attention while visiting the Cork Bar. ❤️ this condo!!!!

"Honeymoon getaway"

We stayed for a music festival in OC, the location was perfect! The condo was the perfect size for us and everything was updated and clean. Chris was very prompt and thorough in his communication with us before, during and after our stay.

We enjoyed our stay - especially loved the ocean front view and all the nearby restaurants and bars. The owner, Chris, was great to work with and checked in to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend this rental.

This condo is clean and on the boardwalk. The view was perfect to watch the sunrise on the balcony. The ambiance is soothing and refreshing. The host was extremely helpful with all of my questions with a swift response. I’ll definitely be returning to this location. I truly enjoyed my relaxing long weekend in OC
