The room was clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed There are large windows facing the parking lot that only have black-out curtains so we had to choose either light or privacy.

Older styled motel. Large room. Bathroom was reasonable, but could do with upgrading. That said, it was functional. Check in was quick and friendly. Rooms were quiet despite location on main highway. Supermarket and takeaway was nearby. Central Oarmaru was a couple of minutes drive away. Was a good hotel for a one night stay.

The unit was much bigger than anticipated, we were a couple staying for 2 nights. Full kitchen, great pressure in the shower. Unit was warm and bed was comfy. It's a bit tired and there is cosmetic maintenance needed but was otherwise comfortable
