The condo was nice although I can’t give 5 stars as it was a bit dirty. A lot of dead bugs on the stairs (going up to the condo) and cobwebs and also in the screen door. The condo was mostly clean although could’ve been better. The exterior needs a lot of work, but for the price it was worth it. The bed wasn’t too bad although I found a lot of hair on the sheets but I brought my own sheets to switch out.

Great location!

This was one of our favorite spots we've stayed - we'll probably return! 10-minute drive to Magee Marsh, which is why we were there. Great birdwatching right out of the back window as well.

Excellent Escape Weekend

We were looking to get away for a weekend and found the area to exceed our expectations. We were able to rest, play board games, and walk around the neighborhood. Space was clean and comfortable and we would definitely come back.

Disappointed

I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all. Entryway was dirty and uncared for. Bird droppings everywhere, piles of nesting. I would attach pictures if they’d allow. Kitchen utensils needed to be cleaned. I’m not sure I’ll be staying at any listings from Evolve anymore. Red flags for sure

The apartment was nice. Check in was confusing. It wasn't the clear from the directions that the entry was on the second floor, but we were able to call the property manager and resolve the issue quickly.

So convenient to Magee Marsh!

This is the second time we have visited Magee Marsh and also the second time we have stayed in one of these condos. You really can't beat it for closeness and convenience. The unit has all that you need to be comfortable, allowing you to rest well and cook your own food if you desire. The view out the windows of this unit was wonderfully entertaining. We could watch numerous species of birds in the pond out back while sitting at the little table by the windows. And, it literally took less than 10 minutes to be parked in the parking lot at the Visitor's Center. Several times we went back later in the day after having a meal, it was that convenient!

Just far enough away...

This location was perfect for two people. It was close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle. Will definitely stay again.
