This is the ideal location if you’re coming to the area for birdwatching. I’ve been coming in May for several years and have stayed in different places, but this will now be my go to spot. Condo is exactly as shown, it was immaculate and decorated very cute, furniture comfortable, complex was very clean and Safe. Love the little screened in porch. This location is on the same highway as the Magee marsh and Ottawa national wildlife refuge, about six or 7 miles away so a short drive. There is a restaurant behind the gas station off the main road that serves your basic pub style food and fried fish. I provided feedback to the owner that I felt there were a few items that needed to be added to the kitchen, but I was pleased to find salt and pepper, oil, spices, Ziploc bags, etc. If you’re coming for birdwatching, there are very limited options in this short of a drive from the wildlife areas, so this is a gem of a spot!
