Private beach Excellent location very close to the best local restaurants and nightclubs, just 5 minutes away from a Big Grocery Store, and ten minutes away from Bucerias, a Beautiful town by the breeze of the ocean, where you will find the best seafood restaurant offered by Pto and Nvo Vallarta.
Only one parking available.
More cars have a fine of 500 mxn each and are subject to availability (20 -December- 10- January extra parking spots not available)

Aria Ocean 614

Overall, our stay at was enjoyable. The condo met the needs of the 3 of us who were traveling together. The pools were beautiful and well maintained and the beach was wonderful. We gave 3 stars for check-in because after a very long travel day, when we finally arrived at the security gate, the security guards did not have my name or any record of my reservation. After about 20 minutes, this was finally straightened out and we were directed to the 'lobby'. The lobby was a desk in the breeze way with no one there to give us any information. There was no signage to direct us to the appropriate elevator (there were 6 to choose from) to our 6th floor condo. On our 3rd elevator try we successfully found our condo. Once in and settled, we were able to relax and enjoy our time. During our stay, incidental issue were resolved. The sunsets were beautiful and the whales and dolphins fun to watch from the beach.

Ladies holiday

Lovely setting however our suite faced the parking lot and was NOT as advertised. The loungers by the pool and on the beach were absolute bone crushers!
