Our condo is only 850m away from the Nuevo Vallarta beach, on the Blvd along with restaurants for all budgets, bars, shops, Oxxo and more high-value developments. We offer 2 bedrooms, a king-size and a queen size bed, 2 full bathrooms & all the essentials for a long term stay: washer & dryer, internet, 2 smart Tv's, cooking utensils, pots & pans, an electric oven, a gas stove, towels and sheets, etc. Condo amenities such as swimming pool, elevator, 24/7 security, parking spot, palapa and more!

The condo is constantly being updated, we preserve it in good shape, recently water heaters were added to our swimming pool, new patio furniture, our own gas bbq grill in our terrace, and stronger rules to preserve the condo surroundings, additionally the area is growing and bringing more services and entertainment to the area. Restaurants, coffee shops, pilates, sushi bars and bars have been recently opened!
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a safe. Housekeeping is available on request.
