Great spot!

We had a wonderful visit with family for Thanksgiving! Our daughter is a freshman at Bama. House was great! Lake location was perfect! Host was very helpful when we accidentally set off the smoke detectors in the kitchen! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house!

We enjoyed the house and would stay there again if we needed the space. The beds were very comfortable! And we had one to spare! The games and the large gathering table were exactly what our family needed the first night! Our friend came over on his pontoon boat and had no trouble getting us from the dock. The house is lovely. I had one minor problem and the owners were so quick and responsive to take care of it. My only complaint was I couldn’t stay longer! Thank you!

Lots of room

We enjoyed our stay here quite a bit. We used all five bedrooms and were pleased that there was plenty of seating both inside and outside as well as adequate dishes/cutlery, etc. In fact, this was the best stocked kitchen I've ever experienced at a VRBO. You'll need to take toilet paper and soap with you. There are lots of beach towels and bath towels, wash cloths, etc. already there. The dock was really nice also: covered and with lots of seating. We set off the smoke alarm while we were cooking and the owner was very helpful in letting the fire department know they didn't need to come. Great experience!

Wedding weekend

My daughter’s bridal party stayed for the wedding weekend. From the moment we checked in, the hospitality we received from our hosts was exceptional. They made sure our stay was comfortable and convenient for all of the weekend activities. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a special getaway and would not hesitate to rent this property again.

Graduation Stay

My Family booked the beautiful lake house to celebrate my sister’s graduation from UA (Roll Tide)! The check in process was seamless. Sarah was such a kind host and even had a graduation cake for my sister. So thoughtful and greatly appreciated. The house was very clean and well kept. Super spacious for our family of 8. We all had plenty of space to be together but also retreat and have our personal space. Our favorite part was enjoying our coffee on the porch first thing in the morning and listening to all the birds sing. Great spot to be close enough to campus but disconnected enough to have some tranquility. Can’t recommend enough!

Alabama Football Weekend

This is a very nice property that is within good proximity to Tuscaloosa and the university. It is located in a pleasant and quiet community. The view of the lake is certainly an added bonus. We will certainly consider this property for trips to the area in the future.

Football Weekend

This is a clean and comfortable property. Our group was five adult couples and we enjoyed the view, location and amenities. The kitchen, porch and dock were great for hanging out. The host was very responsive and made sure our needs were met.

home had everything inside you could ever need, was spotless. great wall silence from room to room and up/down outside needs some sprucing up with leaves, etc but nothing that an afternoon of yard care couldn't fix recommend!
