The house was awesome and the location was perfect. Lots to do in the area and a short walk from the beach. I would stay here again for sure.

We take a family vacation each year. The home was spacious and allowed privacy for all families. The kitchen was well stocked and the common areas had plenty of seating for our entire group. It was also clean. The private pool was great and the walk to the beach was not bad. The neighborhood was quiet but also there is everything you may need or want close by. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect!! The house is spacious if you want quiet time but also big for family time on the 2md level. The beds were extremely comfy, the pool was clean and refreshing, and Seaside Vacations is GREAT to work with!! We'll definitely be going back!!

Beautiful home - don’t skip leg day!

The house was really nice. Just beware of the stairs if you are not used to them, there are a lot! This unit is a duplex and the walls are kind of thin so just be considerate of your neighbors!

Great for large groups and families

House has plenty of room, close to the beach and in a great location. Almost time to replace a few pieces of furniture, but everything was clean and generally in good condition. Management staff was super responsive and helpful when needed. Definitely recommend this property for 3-4 families traveling together or a large family that needs a lot of space. Pool was great for our ball players and parents after a long day on the field.

Was very pleased

We had plenty of space for everyone the rooms are really big. The beds even slept good. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would say negative is the couches could be updated. But overall a nice place to stay and was close to everything.

Gorgeous home

When we were to check in, the rental agency was very helpful. The house is gorgeous, had minor damages upon arrival but that is to be expected when people do not respect another's property, which is a shame. The house was big enough for all of us without having to hover over each other. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The master bedroom is amazing! There are many attractions within a reasonable walking from this home. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. We have a very nice vacation and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This property was perfect for our family of teens, preteens and adults.

This was a Great Grand Mother, Grandmothers, Mothers and kids trip. Four generations 🙂 and the tri- level house worked perfectly. The matron of the family took the master BR on the main floor which was near the kitchen which reduced the number of stair climbing. Our teen boys took the 1st floor with the pool table. The Grandmothers, Mothers and teen girls took the upper floor. The house was even roomier than the pictures depict and the fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was more than adequate. We were able to easily walk to the beach a couple of blocks away and also spent a lot of time in the salt water pool. The house is located near all kinds of shopping and restaurants. We definitely plan to return!

Pros=The location was a short walk to the beach. Pool great. We did enjoy our stay in Myrtle Beach, However, the Cons= Cookware bad condition & dirty, The floors had broken tile & were dirty. We had a crawling toddler who could have been cut from the broken tiles & his knees, hands & feet had black marks after crawling around on the floor in the main great room with 3 couches. The couches were in bad condition, Needed curtains on All the windows. Decks need to be repaired or replaced, main floor deck had a rug tacked down hiding damaged boards.Thankful for the rug so the baby could play on it without getting hurt. Mattress pads were grossly filthy when we stripped the beds on checkout. These reasons made it disappointing, due to how much we paid to stay in this house.

Hurricane week

Being that we got hit with a tropical storm and never lost power was amazing. Everywhere else it flooded except where we stayed .

Very nice place and area.

Family really In joyed the stay and loved the beach. Only downfall was the pool was green and the light in the pool which my daughter found out by cutting her hand on a piece of glass she found on the bottom of the pool. But I did make a call and the pool company was out on Labor Day and took care of the green pool. Overall it was a very good good vacation and would rent it again
