Nice Cozy place to stay

Very nice cozy place to stay about a 3 minute walk to the beach! You will find everything you need for a great stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. The bathroom was really clean and the bed was comfortable.

Clean accomodations (and a huge bathroom!), less than a block from the beach, great neighborhood with all amenities within walking distance, and truly friendly people…what’s not to love! We were very pleased with how responsive and welcoming our host Emily was, and the rate was spot on! We will definitely be back soon! Thanks, Emily :0).

Great place for a short visit or couple

My husband and I were looking for something just for the two of us to visit my dad for his 90th birthday in Myrtle Beach. We really enjoyed Emily‘s place. It was clean efficient just enough space for us parking space and close to the beach although we did not get a chance to get to it, the location and size of the apartment was just right

So close to the beach

Wonderful place to stay for 2 people. Just enough space. Communication with the host is excellent. Love the fact u can walk to the beach. A quite and nice area. Close to other attractions and grocery stores

We loved our stay! Everything was just as it appears in the pictures. Check in was super easy. Communication with the host was always quick and easy. Short walk across the street to access the beach. There's a golf cart rental place right next door if you need one. Super close to Barefoot Landing, which was so much fun! We can't wait to go back!

EXCELLENT LOCATION!!!

1 block from beach. Great area and location. Check in was super easy and the property manager was very quick with responses. Zero complaints about the place and will definitely stay again. The only thing I would tell you is bring extra towels. 2 towels, 2 wash cloths and 2 hand towels are provided - we just use a lot of towels. lol. We washed them though so no problem.

First off I would like to say that this property was filthy. The couch was stained, there was a leak or stain of some sort in the bathroom. The tub still had sand on the bottom of it from the previous renters.The worst part was that there was only one bath towel per person (2) and the host would not have any extras dropped off. If she would have been honest in the description, I would have brought my own towels. There were no extra pillows or blankets. Again, I would have brought my own. The owner needs to just be honest instead of minimizing everything. We stayed for 4 days & it was very uncomfortable. The mattress was awful too. My back is killing me now from my stay. There was no box spring, just a wood slat it laid on. This owner does not care about the people who stay here. Lastly, if you plan on wanting to get a good nights rest, you might as well forget it. There is absolutely no insulation between the units so you can hear everything above you. I was woken up every night at 2:30am and again at 5am from the people upstairs. They were not being loud but you could hear everything anyways because of the no insulation. I got absolutely no sleep on my trip. Again, I would never recommend this place to anyone. Especially since the owner was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. I mean she was over the top rude. How can you be like that and run a VRBO?Anyways, I hope that I have given truthful insight because the other review must have been from fake people.

The studio was as listed. It is nice and reasonable for 1-2 people. The beach is a short walk away. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by.I would have liked a couple of rugs on the floor, though. I like to be barefoot, and the floor can easily get soiled walking in and out. Otherwise, it worked well and was pleasant and comfortable.Joyce F.
