Everything was the accommodations expected except the "kitchen" which was a mini fridge and a microwave. Not very accommodating for 8 people but we made it work. Easy access to the beach. Room was clean.

Vacation Stay

The place was just as the pictures shown. It was quiet & kept. The ONLY issue is, the air auto kicks in, once the inside temp reaches 70. I am anemic and it was tough, being soo cold. It rained 2 days, so we had to go outside to keep from freezing lol. I would stay again, but it would be in the heart of summer, when the AC will be appreciated. There were a lot of stain spots that were missed by cleaners. We travel with cleaning supplies, so it was easily cleaned. We had the cleaner come bolting in on Monday, without knocking. Good thing I had the bolt on. No apology, just I THOUGHT YOU WERE CHECKING OUT TODAY. I advised her to read her info again.

Quick last minute getaway

This place offered everything you need for a quick, cost-effective getaway. We appreciated the responsiveness of the property ambassador. The check in process was simple and quick. The space was clean and offered enough space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The no frills space helped keep our cost down so we could enjoy more of what the area has to offer. We have already recommended this complex to friends and family and will continue to do so!

Bad owner who told me to leave at 11pm with 2 kids because i was dissatisfied

When we first arrived the room smelled of musty and mold. There was black mold around the air ducts in the wall. The toilet was leaking from around the bottom and it was freezing in the room. I notified the owner and he sent someone to turn up the ac but they left our door unlocked with our stuff in the room. Then we left and came back and the maintenance man was in our room. With no notification that he was there. Took him 2 hrs to fix it and cussing while he worked in frt of my kids. Then another 2 hrs to let it dry. So we were without a restroom for hrs. We left and cane back later that night and the ac had been adjusted again now to 61 degrees. So when i notified the owner again his response was "ill arrange immediate check out for you due to me being dissatisfied" text message i still have. Now keep in mind its 11 pm at night and i have 2 kids and my husband with me and we are 3 hrs from home. So i said what really... he responwith what time are you checking out?? I said tomorrow morning at 10am. He responded Thank you.. okay then nothing else. So about hr later still nothing i asked him if he could please adjust the ac.. somehow magically it was turned to 72 degrees with no one coming into our room... so why did you have to come into my room the 1st time. Needless to say.. we will never return to this place.. save your money.. its not worth it. The owner should be removed from these sites of he is willing to put a family out due to his negligence..
