Updated furnishings! This charming 3 bedroom/2.5 bath ocean view unit is located on the 2nd floor of Building 5 (ocean side of Blvd). This unit features free wireless internet, a screened-in ocean-view balcony accessible from the living room, a balcony off the master bedroom with a gorgeous ocean view, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen comes well equipped, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and many other conveniences. The living room features a 65-inch, wall-mounted, smart, cable flat-screen TV. The master bedroom offers a Queen size bed, with a 65-inch flat-screen cable TV, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and the third bedroom has 2 Twin size beds with a flat-screen TV. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for those warm summer nights. This unit also offers the use of a Graco highchair and pack-n-play, for our young visitors.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
