Welcome to our cozy little Studio Apartment at our BoatHouse property.
This Studio is smaller, similar to a hotel suite. The living room/bedroom are combined with a Queen Size Bed.
Our mini kitchen will be fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your meals. It is set up with a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave - everything needed for those home cooked meals.
We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a stand up shower.
Our hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs make it perfect for pets. There is a large charcoal barbecue pit for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks!
The large fenced in yard is perfect for your little ones to run and play.
We are waterfront, and we do have a water front deck from which you can enjoy the beautiful water views.
We have High speed WiFi and a large Smart TV.
Private parking is just outside your door.
This unit is brand new with new appliances and furniture throughout. New Central Heat/AC has just been installed.
This brick Water Front home consists of 3 additional apartment units. Each unit has its own entrance/exit and nothing other than the yard and waterfront deck is shared.
This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to keep it this way.
This is perfect for a military couple or a couple coming into town for a few months at a time.
The dock is no longer available as it was damaged and will soon be rebuilt.

Unbeatable for the location with tiny issues
Sandwiched between Willoughby Bay and Willoughby Beach, this small 2-room unit offers a humble stay in an amazing location featuring many nearby locations including Virginia Beach and Jamestown (highly recommended).
Just across the main street is a lovely, low-key beach with many artificial rock formations, creating multiple small bays that maintain warmer water.
The main complaint would be the floor having a layer of dirt which could be easily solved by a quick mopping by the cleaners. We also experienced the shower completely shut off (including cold water) only 1 time so it was no big deal; likely due to the other units using a lot of water.
George is a great help so don't be afraid to reach out to him! Again, the price and location of this unit make it perfect for a low-key, inexpensive couple getaway.

The picture you see is not what you getting no access to pier you see it in the water.
Parking it not good it floods when it rain the room is dirty walls needs a paint job bathroom needs a real sink. Not worth the money you have pay
