Location of the accommodation and cleanliness were great. Communication was very good with property but we were there 3 nights and they could not fix several things that were broken. They had a power surge before we came, but the hot water cutting off in the shower had happened a few guests ago. No hot water in the kitchen. Only 3 dinner plates. Both TVs were not working. They did come replace a wine opener. The company people were very nice. Check in instructions were not stellar. The main house is the address. We went to the smallAccommodation on the left side which was gutted and we knocked on the main house door. He pointed out an accommodation on the right side we had not noticed. That one is it. Needs to be updated badly. Bring your shower soap, shampoo, conditioner. They had two beach chairs, beach towels, and cooler.

Simply Wonderful

As scuba divers, the location was awesome. You literally walk across the street and there are palapas to sit under. The turtles are nearby during the mornings (before all the catamarans with tourists arrive which is around 10 a.m.). Can't say enough how great Sam and Robert (our contacts) were. They checked in every couple of days to make sure all was perfect (which it was).They provide beach chairs, coolers and some floats. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There even is a washer and dryer in the unit.Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Location, wonderful stay

Very comfortable space, if you have a rental car the location is perfect, took us about 11 minutes to walk to the ritz which starts the hotel area. Check in was a quick tour and check out was also convenient.
