King suite was amazing and the ocean/pool view spectacular. Louis at the front desk took care of us at check-in and was a friendly face in the lobby daily. Several staff became friendly acquaintances - Martha, Shandon, Kevin and Sherwin. Bellman Omar shared several tips and sightseeing suggestions at arrival. The Tunnel of Art over to the beach was a unique feature. The hotel was recently renovated and the lobby was well decorated and inviting. The daily free breakfast buffet did not disappoint and the daily evening receptions with complimentary 2 drinks is a nice touch.

I enjoyed the ocean view room Breakfast was very nice each morning and the evening reception with drinks were also nice. I loved the food options for breakfast and made to order omelets. Each day the food was fresh and plenty to choose from - not a like the usual breakfast style where you get cereal, muffin and coffee. Professional and friendly staff one note though...if you receive credit to purchase food and beverages on the property the tip is not included in this credit. I had to pay out of pocket at check out but I didn't mind, it was worth paying for the tips, which I thought was included in the credit.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The hotel staff is friendly, and the breakfast every morning is really good. The two complimentary drinks each night are a real nice touch as well. Now for the not-so-great. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathrooms offer zero privacy. If you even sniffle in the bathroom everyone can hear you very loudly, and very clearly. Needless to say, using the washroom was a horrendous experience. I am not exaggerating when I say that we had to run the water and the shower so you couldn’t be heard in the bathroom. The rooms are just situated very poorly. In addition to that, the hotel puts a “tourist levy” and a “resort charge”, which is absolutely ridiculous. I was charged an additional $354.41, at the end of my stay, and that was in addition to the flight and hotel package I fully paid for months ago. It’s a scam, and I am not happy about it. In closing, I have been going to Aruba since 2000, but I will not be going back to the Embassy Suites by Hilton. I suggest you stay elsewhere as well.

Rooms were clean, updated in decor and daily serviced. Overall hotel maintained and clean. Customer service on point. Wide variety for breakfast and food was good. Restaurant in hotel was good and great service. Centrally located to beaches and town (walking distance). Would definitely stay again and recommend.

We loved everything about the stay. The staff were extremely friendly. The pool area was the best! Complimentary snacks and drinks at 5pm were a splendid bonus.

Do recommend! Staff is very friendly & helpful. Hotel is well maintained & it’s in a quiet & safe location. Close to the beach, many restaurants & bars. Breakfast is pretty good with plenty of options to choose from & the complimentary happy hour drinks were a plus. Definitely returning soon.

Central location great if you have a car .loved the breakfast buffet , happy hour drinks and apples .Small beach with across the road or just take the tunnel .The room was clean .wonderful pool with cabanas .lots of amenities , Good gift shop .
