The location was good for our needs. Almost had our car towed due to a mix-up on the vrbo site giving us the wrong parking spot but the host cleared it up immediately. Home is comfortable and very new.

New rental, host didn’t understand how checking out and others checking in same day would work. Beware 26 steps up from the sidewalk. New construction and clean. With a car you are close to everything, but away from crowds. It is small, fine for two, undersized for larger groups if you plan to spend time at the rental. Nice deck on roof.

Were only 2 towels for 5 people, extra towels store bought, not washed brought at 10:55pm. Dishes were still in dishwasher, food stuck on them. Laundry left in dryer, food left in refrigerator. No where to put clothing, no hangers, had to live out of suitcases. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean with exception of the dishes in the dishwasher. And the smoke detector in the entrance way was covered with plastic.
