The property needs to make a major upgrade to the elevators. They are VERY small and barely accommodates a scooter/wheelchairs. One of them was broke down, and the other one that was working kept jumping and bumping everytime it stopped which was scary. We requested to be moved from the 3rd floor because the tub/shower combo was old and had some type of repair done on it and it looked awful! The staff was SUPER nice and accommodated our request the next morning. They have started renovating rooms on the top floor with just walk-in showers only but these rooms only have one king bed. This location was the closest to the falls that didn't charge for parking, offered a free restaurant breakfast, and was SUPER close to everything!

The room was nice. I liked the heated bathroom floor. The attached restraunt had Great food. I booked the room and was only told about an additional Resort charge. I was there less than 12 hours. That was the only unfortunate part.

A bit dissappointing for an IHG hotel
I'll be fair, pains me to review a IHG brand so poorly, but i was disappointed.. Ok first the good before the not so great. The bedding and room interior had great qualities.. the cozy bedding and towels. Spacious interior.. The reception was off. the carpets hadn't been vacuumed.. corridors were outdated. The parking looked dingy.. broken booms..graffiti on some parts. We felt less than safe in the parking. Anyway we managed a night.. summary we were swayed by the IHG name and the by the falls name.

Good hotel. Pool needs new water.
Hotel was very comfy and clean… pool need to have its water changed out. It was a little murky. The pool area was clean! Just the water was not entirely clear.
