The Sunapee Lake Lodge is very nice and the staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean and it is a short walk to a really nie beach on Lake Sunapee. Highly reommended.

She has the sweetest Southern Hospitality and the local things she recommended for us to do were perfect! Great hotel, extremely clean, and the location by Lake Sunapee is stunning! Thank you Brenda! Close to the mountain and good restaurant on site. Shampoo and soap dispenser were empty, room was good. Even with covid, they could do a little better with breakfast.
It is very close to the mountain, and there is a restaurant in the parking lot as well as a ski shop... very convenient. However the best and only good thing about the establishment is the staff is amazing! They are so friendly and go out of the way to help try and fix but with so many major things wrong there was no resolve to some. Like no hot water, toilet that kept over flowing on the floor, no hot tub (only a somewhat heated pool), metal roof with ice thundering off all night long that scares you wide awake, walls and ceilings so thin you can hear every conversation, and a heating system that somewhat works in the room. Oh and the recessed lighting that is falling out of the ceiling. That about sums it up. But you get what you pay for and for the price it was a place to sleep and very close to the mountain.
Incredable ! Stayed two weeks over new year holiday had a great visit skiing Sunapee. Will highly recommend the lake lodge to family and friends alike. Great staff and very comfortable.Will definatly return in the future. Aloha!
This motel had the friendliest front desk staff I have ever encountered in a motel. I felt welcomed and comfortable. Having the bar/restaurant right next door is also a big plus.
Very uncomfortable beds and loud noises (dripping in another rooms shower, maybe) late into the night.
