Our stay at Kelli's place on Plum Island was absolutely perfect. Accommodation was immaculate and spacious and just a few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the road. Awesome shower, incredibly comfortable bed, and anything and everything that we needed for our stay. Kelli is a fantastic communicator and even helped me login to NESN360 so I could watch the RedSox!! This was our first time to Plum Island and we're already talking about going back and staying at Kelli's cottage again!! Thank You Brian and Sharon

Perfect location walk to everything. Very clean, comfortable bed. Offered beach chairs and outdoor items to enjoy at the beach or in private yard area. Would definitely book again.

This is our second time back at this beautiful cottage, and we just love it. Kelli is such a lovely host—the studio is so carefully and thoughtfully put together, and Kelli was more than accommodating when we had to alter our original dates. We hope to come back every year!

This beach studio is unlike the beach cabins I have stayed in before. It is a beautifully designed, modern, comfortable bed; the bathroom is perfect. The location was excellent. Quick walk to the beach, stunning sunsets, close-by restaurants, and ice cream. I loved having access to the beach equipment. The only negative was a dirty coffee cup in the cabinet. Hardly a reason not to give it 5 stars and plan for a return visit.

This is one of these reviews I am hesitant to write because it’s SUCH a good spot and I want to keep it to ourselves! Great location and a beautiful little cottage that had everything we needed. Kelli was super responsive and helpful. 10/10 time and we will be back!

Goldilocks Cottage - Just Right!

We surf fish on the island several times per year. This lovely one-room cottage in central location on Plum Island is a new favorite. Convenient to coffee, restaurants, provision and bait shops, as well as the beach and the wildlife refuge. Comfy getaway for a couple. Fresh, clean, and well-equipped. Bright, spacious modern and artful interior design, including ample storage. As described, there is no cooktop or range in kitchenette, but the grill in the semi-private courtyard is perfect on sunny days. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again. Thank you!

Perfect little get away

Our stay at the beach cottage was nothing short of perfect. Tucked away just steps from the shoreline, this cozy retreat offered the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and charm. The cottage itself was beautifully maintained — clean, and thoughtfully decorated with coastal touches that made it feel like home. Mornings were spent walking the beach, and evenings were all about live music and dinners at the sunset grill. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips, from a partial kitchen to a comfy bed and beach essentials including bikes. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, and all that downtown Newbury port had to offer. Every moment felt like a breath of fresh salty air.

LOVE the property! The studio is very tastefully decorated and spotless! It’s in a prime location very close to the beach, restaurants, and the National Wildlife Refuge which has wonderful walking trails and beautiful beaches ! Also great bird watching there as well! I highly recommend staying at Kelli’s place and plan on going back again!

Kelli's cottage was exactly what we were looking for--comfortable, clean, bright, and close to the beach. Kelli was incredibly responsive, and we just loved our long weekend here. We're hoping to come back again next year for even longer!

Peaceful and relaxing stay!

The cottage was very clean and clear instructions given for parking and check in/check out. Spacious bathroom, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge availablle. Kelli the host was very responsive and kind. Everything I wanted for a beach stay was available: chairs, umbrellas, bikes. A hose to wash off, as well as a beautiful outdoor shower! I also like that the location is within walking distance of a couple of very good restaurants, a view of the Marsh, and a quick walk to the beach and convenience store. Plenty of things to see on foot or by bike.
