Right in the heart of all plum island has to offer. Very convenient to the beach. House is very pretty and very well decorated. Walk to beach and nature preserve. This is on the main road going into the island so there are restaurants, an ice cream stand, and a convenience store very nearby. If you want to be near the beach and these conveniences, this is a great house for you. We also drove into Newburyport one day and went on a whale watch, which was great and convenient.

All around excellent place!! They have thought of everything! (Oh, except for ice cube trays, unless we just didn't find them?) Thank you for sharing such a comfortable, well-stocked, super clean, super cute and great located beach house!!! We all loved it!

Well-appointed, very clean, and right in the heart of everything in Plum Island - this cottage was the perfect home base for my family on our too-short of a visit.The house is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and equipped with extra beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes. We had a wonderful time. This was our second year staying in Keli's lovely cottage and we can't wait to come back next year!

We loved the house. Nicely decorated with an obvious beach feeling. Location is amazing, walking distance to a beautiful, not too crowded beach. We were very confortable with our two grown up teenagers. Kellie was very helpful and responsive. The availability of the bikes island cruisers was a huge plus. Some beach accessories were also provided and it has been much appreciated. The only downside why I do not give a 10/10 is because of a little a desappointment on the cleaning. One single bed has not been setup, dishwasher was not emptied and we felt better by redoing the vacuum cleaner.

Our first time to Plum Island and it did not disappoint! Kelli was great and the cottage itself provided a perfect getaway for myself and my five besties! Great proximity to everything you need and well stocked both inside and out, with bikes, coolers and outdoor games for you to enjoy. Everything was clean and neat and just lovely overall. Top that off with a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water within walking distance and breathtaking sunsets right out the front door every evening and this place is truly a gem!

Charming property and convenient to everything.

The property was spotlessly clean, furnished comfortably, and had just about everything you could need. Lots of towels available, beach chairs, even bicycles, all in good working order. I might suggest a large frying pan, and some potholders for the kitchen, and better quality sheets on the beds. All in all, a lovely stay that we would do again.

The pictures didn't do the cottage justice. Very spacious and nicely decorated. You can see the sunset from the cottage and the sunrise is a four minute walkIt wasn't vacation season yet, but the island store, the Cottage, is well stocked if you need anything

Plum Island Cottage August 2024

My daughter and I had a quick vacay to New England and stayed in this quaint cottage. Kelli was great and the cottage was everything we hoped for. It was very clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The location was perfect and convenient for enjoying not only PI but also all the surrounding coastal towns. I plan to stay here again when my husband and I visit next year!

Wonderful stay on Plum Island

We had the best time on Plum Island. This rental was in the heart of the Island within walking distance to the beach, sunset club, cottage and stores. The place was clean and beautiful. The house had everything we needed for our stay! Newburyport was just a few minute drive away if you wanted to explore more shops and restaurants. Kelli was super helpful and easy to get a hold of. We will be back for sure!
