The host was incredibly communicative and the property had everything I needed. I let them know I was traveling with a dog and they even provided dog bowls and treats. The apartment is spacious and well kept. The location was great! A park is directly in front of the townhouse, a lot of corner stores and restaurants close by, and the bus stops/train station were within a 15 minute walk. Loud music was playing Saturday night, but not too late. Other than that, the neighborhood was pretty quiet. You can definitely hear cars driving by at night, but not enough to keep you up, unless you're extremely sensitive to that kind of noise. My only small note is that the apartment is on the second floor which (unless I'm mistaken) isn't mentioned on the listing. Once I booked, the host included mentioned this with all the other property information. I think it would be helpful for future guests to know it's a second floor apartment with multiple landings before they book. But as I said, that was the only issue and this was still a wonderful stay.
