The stay was pleasant. The hotel reception staff were accommodating, and stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out and had some time to kill before our flight. Overall a positive experience. There might be some improvement in the room cleanup service, as after our room was cleaned, they forgot to put toilet paper and towels in the room. It was a minor inconvenience as we got the stuff delivered to us after calling the reception.

The room was so bad smelling (weed). The room service was okay. But the the front desk during late night wasn’t helpful. Most of the time room key for elevator and door wasn’t working. Originally while booking room it included the breakfast and parking but it wasn’t available and Freon’s desk said you can’t have it

The hotel was very convinent for the NJ Arts center. But the room had nothing to it. It was a bed, a table, a chair. No coffee maker like the picture shows. One elevator did not work and I had to request additional towels multiple times (the room had one bath towel). In addition, you could not adjust the heat in the room. It was 73 degrees. We were told to just turn off the heat, so we did and opened a window.

didn't eat. expected a coffee pot and microwave in room. None. Just refrigerator. $26-$28 parking a Nite expensive, however stay on streets since no tickets in Newark during Holiday season. wouldn't stay in summer because parking can eat you up due to show time at PNC.
