Enjoy the food,drink,live music & the beach. Across the street from a major supermarket & pharmacy. Plus many bakeries,coffee shops & surf shops to name a few of the many small businesses. Or relax in the 17 foot ceiling living room. Enjoy the sunset as you pick fresh berries from the garden. Really enjoy the vibe of Rockaway.

2 Rooftops to relax & watch the sunset. Spacious living room with 17 foot ceilings. Kitchen has alot of counter space & everything you need. 3 bedrooms with the 3rd being work space with a bed & couch. 3 full bathrooms . 2 with a bidet.

If coming from jfk airport. It’s a quick a 15 minute train ride to the area. Also ferry service to Manhattan
