As we were checking out the front desk tried to “forget “ that we PAID a deposit fee of $100 on top of the $300 on we paid for PLUS the $45 dollars that was added to by bill. If the room sleeps 4 guests WHY AM I PAYING PER PERSON FOR THE ROOM? So they just got $50. Not to mention no … actual stuff, no hot water, THE PHONE LINE DOES NOT WORK. No free parking , and that was NOT a continental breakfast, and a barely working elevator. The real problem was the DOOR not fully locking? That’s so dangerous, we stepped out and when to the room the door was able to PUSH OPEN, without having the key card. When the front desk was told there was ZERO SENSE of urgency. Also they kept saying ROOM NUMBERS OUT LOUD. Again I can only give 1 star cause I was able to rest my head but an overall was NOT happy with our stay.
