The front desk service was excellent! The rooftop lounge staff was so sweet and the bed the comfiest! I love that there was a microwave, mini-fridge and pour over coffee with a refillable water carafe. The room was a bit dusty, so a deep cleaning could be useful but overall would definitely recommend. Loved the daily fruit and how close it was to the L train.

My stay at the Penny Williamsburg Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff truly stood out—warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. The location couldn’t be better, and the room was spotless and very comfortable. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Our check-in experience was excellent, whimsical decor throughout, well-appointed room with kitchenette and sofa bed. Shower was amazing but you can hear everything that happens when someone is using the bathroom. It took a while to get the bedding for our fold out bed for my son but it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great stay!

staff accommodated the addition of one night to my reservation because of a snow storm, but I had to remind them to check. staff gave me a $15 freebie of snacks at the end of my visit staff was friendly. garage guy overcharged me $4 on a $46 fee, claimed it was because I didn't show the front desk my ticket, which was never stipulated anywhere. So I didn't give him a tip (which would have usually been at least $5) overall friendly, clean, relaxed, funky (good) feel to the place. decor was modern/fun. indeed was dog friendly, which was my reason for choosing the hotel.

This might have been my favorite hotel stay that I can recall. Definitely my favorite in NYC. Room is small but well-equipped and felt very cozy, with beautiful light and every amenity I could want includling pourover coffee, yoga mat, fascia roller, fresh fruit, lovely water carafe with fountain in hallway. The terrace? stunning. The restaurant on the roof? Absolutely out of this world with the views and some very nice cocktails. I did not eat there, but the menu looked good. I loved it here and will come back.

Cute hotel walking distance to almost everything. Very clean with friendly staff. Only issue was they were trying to be too modern, some of the room features were not easy to use (ahem, the lights and shower). I figured it out, but sometimes you just want to turn on the lights! Thanks for a comfortable stay.
