Terrible experiencia

Pésimo personal de atención, no encontraban mi reserva que había hecho desde hace 3 meses, me pedían que les pagara nuevamente. Lo que les pedíamos siempre lo hacían de mala actitud. No saludan, nos hicieron salir de la habitación antes de la hora del check out, terrible experiencia.

They’re getting a little busy and property is getting a little worn (like bathroom fixtures etc) and some more dust than usual at times because of construction but it’s nothing a good housekeeper and voicing your issues can’t fix.

So, you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel. It's not fancy, it's not overly clean, the beds aren't overly comfortable but it's affordable and it is within easy walking distance of the subway (L train- Morgan Ave stop). So, if you just need a place to sleep- this place is great. We were able to park on street for the two nights and 3 days we were there which is very hard to do in other areas. The staff was amazing though. Sana at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We stayed in one of the loft style rooms which is on the lower/basement level.

The hotel is modern, convenient, clean and the staff was courteous, prompt and accommodating. Subway station very close...less than 2 blocks. I would book again without hesitation.

It is a brand new hotel, so they still lack some servicies. The location looks unsafe, but the subway station is right next. Line L gets to Manhattan in a very few minutes.

Great price and great area for a NYC hotel. Parking was easy. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the room, and overall cozy vibes. Would stay here again.

Steps away from a subway station and very convenient even though it may seem far from everything. Very helpful and friendly staff, everything looks new and in great condition. Really nice view of the skyline from the room. The facilities and the room is very clean. The only thing that could be improved in the bedding, feels a little thin and the mattress could be a bit more comfortable. But great stay overall and would do it again

Not terrible but not great

Close to L, comfortable bed, weird shower layout with terrible shower head. Towels smelled, they def overload the washer. Gym is acceptable but not great. Business center is in the open so frankly not usable. Very thin walls; able to hear other guests, staff, and street clearly.

Staff was incredibly pleasant and friendly/helpful. Very walkable area for thrift shops and food. I wish there was a little more patio furniture, but what we had was workable. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. We will return for a future stay.

We booked this hotel for a quick late night stay because we were flying out in the morning. It was better than staying at some old run down hotel near the airport with shuttle issues for $300. Although the hotel was built in 2023 you can tell it isn’t finished and they have more work to do. Overall the bed was comfy, I love that you can fully slide the windows open for air and the shower was clean and new, unfortunately the hotel doesn’t have the money to maintain the property so they do things very cheaply, but that didn’t bother me because the place was clean and free of bugs so I was able to sleep comfortably. The hotel is across from Netflix studios in a pretty deserted area but because no one walks or lives over there it’s pretty safe we got food and drinks before we got there and were happy. You can tell they try, also Stay away from the loft rooms, I booked it I thought I it was cool but when we got there we were told it had. O windows. the receptionist upgraded us to a high floor room from a basement because on Expedia the photos show the lofts have windows but she told us it does not. It’s pet friendly for $20 pet fee which is why we’re were flying out of nyc to drop our dog off. So in all I will stay here agin to save $200 and get rest before I travel.
