Our luxury apartment is on the 3rd floor of an 8 story newly built building. Walking distance from Central Park north, new Whole Foods at the end of the block, 4 subway stops from time square!

Spacious 3 bd 3 bth recently renovated to 2 bd 3 bth with a 16 ft island chefs kitchen, high end appliances, large living rm with a 72” smart TV and fireplace. Private terrace w/ grill, Juliet balcony, and rooftop terrace overlooking Manhattan skyline.

Sleeps 6 with king, queen, and two twin roll aways with plush foam top mattresses. Washer and dryer in unit.
