Cheerful three story townhouse on a treelined street in the heart of Greenpoint-- around the corner from all the shops and restaurants you want, a ten-minute walk from the bustling Williamsburg waterfront, and a quick train ride into Manhattan. Three private bedrooms (2 -queens, 1- full) two full bathrooms, one half bath, a well-equipped kitchen with Bertazonni stove and a Bosch dishwasher. Outside, a private garden w/ BBQ. This is a family home w/ a kid's room if you require toys, books, etc
