The space
The space is a 2nd floor unit of a 2 family attached house. It has its own private entrance. No spaces are shared - all private.

Noise disclosure. Please note the unit is private yet is in the top floor of a multi family home and therefore you may hear light noise from a separate apartment below. Just an FYI for guests super sensitive to noise from neighbors in a multilevel and multi family home.
