The first room the bed was so lumpy and when I sat I sunk in, they changed me to another room but that was even worse it had the same bed with lumps and the room was filthy the floors was so dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine and had urine on the toilet seat, then the icing on the cake was the towels were dirty and had a pubic hair on it! I didn’t sleep at all just sat in a chair waiting for check out to go on my way

The whole property felt neglected. Rooms not cleaned properly. Bathrooms dirty. Dogs pooping in the hallways. Vomit in the elevator. Staff very unfriendly and unhelpful. We were actually asked to leave because they posted a new policy out of thin air from one day to the other (posted on the bullet proof glass at front desk) stating that guests have to check out of the hotel if they have been there for 2 weeks. We had another night left on our reservation and they didn’t care. They told us to call Expedia to get a full refund but that we couldn’t check back in, that we had to leave the hotel and go somewhere else. They wouldn’t get a manager n kept telling me that the manager had not called back, which was BS. They put out a bunch of guests along with us that night n we were all pissed!! We had to scramble to find other accommodations at the last minute. We ended up at another hotel with all our possessions, paying an exorbitant amount for the night plus the cost of an Uber XXL! It was hell! This place is horrible. Beware! Don’t waste your money, go someplace else for less money and better service and amenities.

The first room had a backed up bathroom sink. The guy at the front desk gave me another room at 10:00am the came at 11:30 and told me I have to pay for another day right NOW. I explained what happened with the sink and he didn't care. I got another day not to catch a case for murder and fleeing the scene

Well for one we travel with our food truck all over country some time we have lay overs we stopped at 7 Day hotel we stood a week and had to rebook for another 4 night when to extend our stay they rejected us from stay

The room was fine but. The bathroom sink was stopped. They gave me another room then rushed me out or tolde u have to pay NOW for another day while u was shaving. I've been to this hotel plenty of times but this is horrible customer service They need more places to connect electric bikes
