Weird location. Add on fees that were mandatory once you get to the hotel. They nickle and dime for early check in/late check out. Bathroom ceiling had water damage that wasn’t repaired. Walls had stains. Also safety. Literally anyone could walk in and go right into the elevator. Key card access was not needed.

I appreciated the warm welcome by the staff and the early check-in option, but it was downhill from there. The restaurant staff was very distracted, didn't seem familiar with the menu when we called to order room service, delivered a meal for two with one paper napkin, and a pancake platter with no syrup and no potatoes (they were to be included, per the menu). At check-out, no one asked us how our stay was. The room was nice thought.

The room was tidy and clean (except carpet). It was good space by NY standards and the bathroom was more than big enough and clean. Shame that the elevator was broken during our stay but the room on a lower floor was not really an issue. Front desk personnel very friendly and helpful.

Staff was extremely personable and helpful. They held our bags for us so that we could explore before our room was ready. Rooms were chic and modern and clean. Location was amazing with 3 different subway stops within walking distance. Close to local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely would stay here again!!
