This charming 1 bedroom 1 bath condo has everything you'll need for your next trip to New Smyrna Beach! This first-floor unit has quick access to the pool and the beach for your convenience with peeks of the ocean. This unit also features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need to cook your favorites and new recipes throughout your stay! The living room offers plenty of seating with a couch, a loveseat, and an additional chair and desk. Next to the living room is the dining area which seats four. Sliders to the screened-in porch are in both the bedroom and living room for easy access. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a dresser, and a closet for your belongings. A sofa sleeper is also available in this unit. The full bath is located right next to the bedroom and is also accessible from the dining area.

WiFi, Cable/satellite, towels, and linens are also supplied. Ocean Trillium Suites features an oceanfront pool, an outside shower, an elevator to move from floor to floor, and a credit card operated washer/dryer on-site.

The unit was delivered as promised and listed. The unit was clean with great beach access. We've been spoiled at Ocean Walk so, while a longer walk to the beach, there was no comparison in modernity, openness, pool facility and overall appearance of the unit and facility. On the positive side, the unit was much closer to Flagler Ave restaurants. Thamk you.

This was the perfect space for me to get away. She had warned me there was construction and it really didn’t bother me and was helpful to let me look at two places to decide which unit I wanted. when things were missing they were brought to my door within an hour or two. I will come back.
