I thought the staff are very helpful by responding when things were broken or needed to be replaced. Attention was given to the days when the room was not cleaned or the scrambled eggs were green. The air conditioning went down and the garbage disposal wore out. These are minor things and overall the standard of the hotel is warm, friendly and clean.

Nice rooms,but there was no housekeeping during my 4 day stay&when I requested more toilet paper,I had to go downstairs to get it myself.For me that is poor customer service.They also advertise free breakfast until 930 or 10am,however if items run out an hr earlier,the food is not restocked.

This is a beautiful hotel in a good location. However, they have a serious roach problem. We checked into our suite and immediately saw a family of roaches crawling on the floor. We went straight to the front desk and they apologized and upgraded our suite on a higher floor. That worked fine until we opened the microwave and saw a roach in there. Management was nowhere to be found. The staff did what they could but they need to do more to address the roach problem. This was my third visit to new orleans and the third hotel I've stayed in. I never had an issue with roaches at the other hotels.

I like ever that it was quiet. The staff was friendly. The only thing I did not like was how expensive it was to park. Also they charge a separate tax on parking.

2nd time staying here due to proximity to Smoothie King Center and SuperDome. Breakfast is good. Grocery store close by, short walk to Canal St & Bourbon Street. Only issue was a slow draining tub but notified front desk to resolve. Will stay here again on future.

My original suite was canceled. I had to pay additional cost the day of. The hotel was not up to my standards in cleanliness smells like smoke in my room. I expect a full refund after being here for a funeral. It was a terrible overall experience, the staff was the best part.
