Work on that elevator, and put a dehumidifier in the rooms to decrease mold. It has that smell. Otherwise it’s truly a great hotel. Parking can be crazy.

Hotel was very clean and water pressure was amazing!We were allowed to check in a little early which helped since we traveled in from Florida by car . Location is very convenient to traveling to the French Quarter. Staff was very friendly! We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the room and bathroom were very clean ,the toilet in the bathroom would just run non stop and had to fix it throughout the night .I paid to have breakfast with my stay and it was horrible,the food was very inedible and the young lady with the grayish hair and glasses was slow ,had a bad attitude and could care less about customer service.I am disappointed I had to waste my money not to eat the next 2 mornings .When I first checked in the 2 laddies at the front desk (one lady with long brown hair ,and lady with hair in ponytail with accent )were so nice and funny .....the the young man and lady with the long black hair that worked at night were rude and had attitudes with everyone.

It was just a very nice, clean, easy experience. I wanted my kids to be able to see New Orleans from our hotel room because they have never been before. As best she could, the lady who checked us in that is at least two the fifth floor, even though the kids wanted to go all the way to the top. This was the last minute thing so they did the best they could. Then it was pouring rain and nasty this morning so all of our plans for the day pretty much got squelched by rain so we went and did a few geocaches near the hotel planning to get on the road after lunch. And then as soon as I got all the stuff packed in the car and was sitting out front ready to go I could not find my cell phone, and then suddenly I realized that I had left it in the window, recording a time lapse of the weather. So I had to go back in and get another key, go up and find my phone. I saw it in the window reached over and grabbed it and went back downstairs. Great then we went and killed about an hour geocaching over at the mall. and at one point, my daughter decided she needed to charge her phone and her charger was connected to her iPad. But she couldn’t find her iPad. And then she remembered same thing I remembered.. she left it lying in the hotel room. So we had to go back and get another key and she had to go out and get her iPad, but it was there so all is well. I appreciate the patience of your staff. Well, our airhead selves got it together that morning. Thank you again.

Breakfast was supposed to be included with the stay, but both days they closed the restaurant before 9:30, it was to opened until 11. They offered no compensation, or discount, just said sorry about that. That's is unacceptable, and bad business. I go to New Orleans often, but i will not be staying there.
