Starting with what went well: 1. Location - hotel is one street away from Bournon street. And a 10 min walk to Jackson square and most key locations. 2. Staff was super friendly and helped us resolved all our concerns 3. They offer complimentary coffee and tea. What's an opportunity: 1. Hotel needs some updating - rooms AC didnt worked upon arrival but was quickly fixed. The TV had issues and it was also quickly resolved 2. Hotel parking was way expensive - 50 usd per night. You could use the trolley if you want to save this --- we were roadtripping. 3. No breakfast available in, but close to other restaurants. 4. Noise level from the street is loud. The garbage trucks going through at 4am were super loud in the morning. Would always wake up. Same with most noises. Overall though, we had a great stay. The location made it easy to walk everywhere.

We loved our stay at the Dauphine. The rooms/bathrooms are comfortable and nothing fancy however it's the location and staff that make it stand out. The location within the French Quarter is fantastic - you can walk everywhere you need to. Mr. Richard (the Valet) was wonderful - happy to provide dining and tourist recommendations (you need to go to Cafe Fleur de Lis for breakfast, ask to eat on the balcony). The front desk was very helpful anytime we had questions as well. Great experience overall. Will definitely stay again.

Room needs updating and a good cleaning. Beds were very old uncomfortable and squeaky. One bed had dust ruffle one did not showing bad wear of bed.Tub was falling apart and moldy. Room smelled very musty and moldy. Room was dark and windows did not open. Location was great. Pictures of room very mis leading. The bar may baileys was closed even though its posted hours said open.

The hotel was so cute and very NOLA. The staff was great and accommodating. We arrived Christmas morning and went to see about checking our bags as our checking in time was 4pm. They allowed us to check in to our room early at no extra fee to us and upgraded our room with no fee when there was an issue finding our reservation. Absolutely would recommend staying here and will be going back!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The condition of our room, however, was a different story. There were areas of the room that were visibly dirty/stained (the bedskirt, the desk chair), and the bathroom was very frustrating to use due to the fact that the tub and sink were so clogged that it took FOREVER for the water to drain out. Imagine take a shower and the water is just pooled around your feet the whole time. Imagine brushing your teeth and the water in the sink doesn’t go anywhere when you spit. I would not stay here again.

The Dauphine Orleans Hotel was a good value. It's location is prime as you can walk out the door and be in the heart of the French Quarter. The room was clean and maintained well. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The only bad thing I would say is that the mattress in my room was very poor quality and very worn out.

Staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. Hotel is older so age is expected but we had some issues. Toilet had to be flushed repeatedly as it didn’t really work right. Patio door lock needs some WD-40. Carpets are really dirty - go barefoot and your feet will be black. That said, it’s an amazing location and very safe. Patio was a really nice feature. Courtyard area is beautiful.

Like the majority of buildings in NOLA the hotel is old and not in great shape. However staff were nice, the place was clean and the best of all: LOCATION! At walling distance from everywhere and yet not in the middle of the partying and the noise.

The hotel is in a great location. The parking was convenient and the valet was great. However the hotel needs to be updated. The shower took forever to get hot and didn't drain. All of the ice machines were out of order. The elevator was shaky and loud and seemed it could stop working at any time. The carpet was also filthy and felt gross.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the huge bathtub! May Bailey’s lounge on the property is a hidden gem! The band and bartender were fantastic! The room was clean and the bed and pillows sooo comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend highly to anyone!

The room needs some major repair; a wall in the bathroom was missing trim work and area is rusty; no hot water; poor shower stream; no bath mat for inside tub which means slippery surface for showering; room had no chairs when we arrived, although staff did supply one and we asked for one additional; plastic glasses were not replaced; no micro oven; HOWEVER, staff was very helpful and very friendly, Great location. Parking attendant very helpful and friendly. I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RECEIPT OF OUR CHARGES WHICH THE YOUNG LADY AT DESK SAID WOULD BE EMAILED TO ME. Overall observation of hotel is that it is in need of some refreshing.
