Over all stay was amazing, check in simple as can be, great communication with the people how rented out the property.. only thing cant really say is bad just common wear and tear over the years is the deck did have few loose boards when stepped on the nail head is exposed that could cause injuries other then that had an amazing time at the property

This property beautiful but doesnt allow pets not even if they are service animals or what they feel is ADA approved. The communication was very slow so if you have question feel free to wait longe period's of time. The property stove barely works only 2 burners worked. But overall beautiful property lots to do could use 2 burners. Also id

Nice getaway

Great place small issues.

The house was really nice. We loved the view and the pool. The jacuzzi was nice but was not fully operational. The game room was really nice but it had a strong smell as if it had recently been bug sprayed. The rack for the pool sticks fell off the wall. The pots in the kitchen were really old. And the toilet paper dispenser was not secured on the wall as well. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

does not look like the pictures

A lot of warn out things that need attention, the pics don't accurately represent the state of things. Dishwasher was broken for the duration of our stay, and there were no dish towels to dry dishes. MGMT company couldn't provide more, were told to use bath towels which had a strong smell of laundry detergent fragrance (which we were allergic to). AC was broken in the game room. Overall, we had a nice time together and enjoyed the view from the deck.

Family fun in Canyon Lake

Came with family and friends. Kids were ages 10-13. Game room was a lot of fun. Video games and darts were a big hit. Pool was nice to cool off in after being on the river all day. Grocery store close by for necessities. Really nice view on the top patio of the lake. Fire pit was nice, but could use some TLC with the weeds and overgrown grass. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Nice View of Canyon Lake

Fairly modern house with plenty of room for family gatherings. Rooms were clean and the property was in average condition. Nice pool and hot tub. Porch had plenty of seating with gas grill and view of Canyon Lake. Several "cosmetic" upgrades should be addressed. Pool gate had no lock; we found a bungee cord that sufficed. Pool hose has a leak and is wasting a lot of water for the owner. Kitchen had sufficient plates/silverware. Pots were fine but pans need to be replaced! Cooking sheets were coated with rust. One tea maker in the pantry had not been cleaned, very gross mold. Small drip coffee maker filter had not been cleaned, mold growing on old coffee grounds. House pics showed a large drip coffee make but there was none. Keurig coffee maker was now there. Dishwasher worked but was not physically connected to the counter top and was mobile. Windows facing the lake had not been cleaned. Downstairs refrigerator was not working. All of this falls on the cleaning staff; they are not doing their job. We were told at the last minute that the AC in the game room was not working. This was not an issue, but we should have been given more notice. If this rental house was given a deep cleaning, inside and out, it would be an excellent rental.

Run down

Celebrating 40th bday girls weekend. The stove top only had 2 working burners - the dishwasher smelled like sewer when we opened it. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Only one old skillet and one 1 qt pot to cook. Extra blankets and pillows were not clean. The Pac-Man and other game did not work.Propane tank for patio fire pit was empty the rental company brought one the next day. The layout of the house was great it just wasn’t as advertised considering the cleaning fees I was charged.

Gorgeous property with a relaxing feel!

The pictures are great, but the property is actually more beautiful than shown in the pictures. We did not have any pets or children with us, but there is a mother-in-law type suite downstairs, which would have been perfect if we did need to have a little separation. The view from the balcony is perfect. The overall set up of the property in general is fabulous. And the neighborhood is so peaceful we barely even heard another vehicle drive by. We will absolutely return in the near future!

Perfect Family Stay with Amazing View

The house has so much built in entertainment you don’t need to leave. The view of the lake off the main kitchen/living area is breath taking, and it boasts enough sleeping space for 2 families. It’s minutes from two grocery stores, the beach, marina, & dam, and has multiple dining experiences within 30 minutes. Such a great location just 30 minutes from San Marcos, Gruene, & San Antonio. This was our second stay at this property as it has it all!
